As an Enrolled Agent with the IRS and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Mark serves as Topsfield Financial Group’s in-house tax expert. With over 30 years of experience in both tax and financial planning, his deep knowledge is a vital resource for our clients. His input helps us thoughtfully consider the tax implications of the financial strategies we develop.
Mark also manages investments for a small group of his own clients and operates his independent tax practice, Tax and Financial Management (T&FM Group), from our office.
Like everyone at Topsfield Financial Group, Mark’s focus is on people—not just numbers. A teacher at heart, he takes pride in helping clients better understand their tax and financial picture, answering questions with patience and clarity.
Mark and his wife enjoy spending time with their family, their church community, and traveling.
