Custodian
Charles Schwab is the custodian (where your accounts are held) for most of our advisory clients, and we use their trading platform and rebalancing software. Charles Schwab provides monthly statements, and online and mobile access for accounts.
Registered Investment Advisor (RIA)
Novem Group is the registered investment advisor (RIA) firm through which we are investment advisor representatives. The home office is in Rochester NY and they provide training, compliance, and audits so that we meet the requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). RIAs are required to meet the fiduciary standard, placing their clients’ best interest ahead of their own.
Broker/Dealer
Osaic is an independent brokerage firm that has financial advisors that give advice and sell commission based products. There is a relationship with Novem Group and Oscaic to provide homeland security checks and process required financial information on new clients as required by the Securities and Exchange Commission. We maintain some legacy accounts through Osaic.
